We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Dylan Itzikowitz to Principal at Expa. Dylan has been an integral member of our team since he joined us as an Associate in 2021, and we are excited to see him take on this new role.
Dylan’s ability to build community and engage relationships has helped him build an impressive network of founders, investors, and operators, since moving from Toronto to NYC. Described as a “fantastic super connector” by one of our founders, Dylan is constantly sourcing new deals for Expa to invest in or introducing our portfolio companies to potential customers, hires, and future investors. Dylan’s hard work, dedication, and empathy to Expa founders and the broader entrepreneurial community have not gone unnoticed, with the rave reviews we consistently receive from our network.
Before joining Expa, Dylan was at Founders Factory, an early stage accelerator and studio based in London. Dylan also co-founded an award-winning nonprofit, The Forward Movement, which works to promote accessibility and inclusion for people with different abilities in Canada.
We look forward to the increased impact he will have on our ventures team, as Dylan will continue to focus on investing in and working closely with founders at the pre-seed and seed stages. The entire Expa team is excited to see him excel in this new role. Congratulations, Dylan!
